Coiled Heaters : 

Coiled Heaters, also known as hot runner nozzle heaters, are used to ensure fluidity of raw materials in the nozzle in plastics hot runner systems. In addition to their most common field of use, Coiled Heaters can also be used for heating pipelines conveying liquids or gases, at laboratories and special scientific projects. We manufacture Coiled Heaters with various powers and various supply voltages (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 400V). This type of heaters are provided with manufacturing with varying cross-sections. The primary and most common ones are 2.4 mm * 4.5 mm flat Coiled Heaters with rectangular cross section. One the other two models is 1.8 mm round cross-section Coiled Heater, the other is round cross-section coiled heater with 4mm diameter. Maximum operating temperature of this type of Coiled Heaters is 500 °C. The housing used in Coiled Heaters is Grade AISI321 stainless steel. Power outlets of this type of heaters are manufactured with three PTFE insulated cables as phase, neutral and grounding. In addition, band heaters can be manufactured with standard J-type thermocouple, and cable lengths can be adjusted.

This type of heaters can be manufactured with various coiling types and varying outlet positions according to customer requirements. Winding direction is usually required as clockwise and counterclockwise. It can be manufactured as radial and with 90°C perpendicular outlet - Twisted.
